When we receive a check or money order it may take up to 5 business days for the check to clear before the order is processed.

 

Returns

We strive for customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your product to us within 30 days for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Contact us at returns@birdhousegardens.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and specific instructions for return shipment. Your refund will be credited 7 to 10 business days after we recieve the return.

 

Backorders

Very rarely are we out of stock on an item, however if your item is put on backorder, we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival on your order and ask you to choose one of these options:

• Wait for your order
• Choose a substitute item
• Cancel your order
