How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple. Just page through the website and choose the items you would like to purchase by clicking “Add to Cart”. Each time you place an item in your cart you are taken directly to your cart. You may continue shopping or check out.  While shopping you can always see how many items and the total cost in your Shopping Basket displayed in the upper right hand corner of the page. When you have finished shopping, go to “Check Out” where you will provide your shipping and payment information. A valid credit card is required for payment.

 

Is there sales tax?

Sales tax of 7.975% is collected on orders placed in Missouri only.

 

Do you accept personal checks?

You may pay with a personal check; however this will delay shipping time significantly.  Your order will be held for receipt of payment and up to 10 additional business days for your check to clear. Check payments may be made payable to:

How long will it take for my product to ship?

We usually ship with 24 hours of order placement.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship to United States and Canada via Fed Ex. Special shipments outside of the US or Canada are available. Please contact us if you would like special shipping.

 

What if the product is damaged in shipping?

If your item is damaged in shipping, contact us immediately. (See Shipping Rates and Policies for complete instructions.) A representative will be in contact with you and we will reship another item.

 

What is your return policy?

You may return new, unopened merchandise within 30 days for a full refund. You will be responsible for shipping charges.
